Luke co-founded QRI and manages it with Tyler. He coordinates QRI’s largest investigations helping clients navigate high-stakes, cross-border disputes and deals. In 2018, Luke led the team that helped uncover evidence used to free rapper Meek Mill, who had been imprisoned for probation violations. Recently, Luke helped a financial institution vet the backgrounds of a new slate of directors prior to a share offering. Before QRI, he was a senior director of business intelligence and investigations at another investigative firm, and before that, a research analyst in the labor movement. Luke holds a J.D. degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Stein Scholar for Public Interest Law.
